A very special way to experience the Great Barrier Reef is aboard your own private boat.<\/p>\n

Blue Dive work very closely with MV Monsoon to provide private snorkel and dive charters from Port Douglas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We run day, overnight and multi day dive charters from Port Douglas aboard Monsoon to the outer Great Barrier Reef. On these private dive charters where we have the opportunity to snorkel and dive on the reefs including the Escape, Agincourt, Opal, St Crispins, Chinaman, Undine and Tongue Reefs.<\/p>\n

\"Monsoon<\/a><\/p>\n

Monsoon is a 54ft (18 metre) classically styled vessel capable of accessing the outer reef in 1.5-2 hours depending on location. She was custom built for comfort both at sea and onboard, featuring the latest in marine technology.<\/p>\n

The vessel can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests across 2 cabins for overnight or multi-day trips and boasts a large interior saloon and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the sunshine and fresh air.<\/p>\n

The dedicated crew are experts at safely accessing fantastic outer reef dive locations, taking care of guests onboard and preparing delicious meals.<\/p>\n

On all Monsoon charters you have the services of a private Blue Dive instructor as your personal host, dive guide and photographer. They are there to ensure you have a memorable dive experience aboard Monsoon.<\/p>\n

On Monsoon day charters we usually complete 2 long, relaxed dives with a leisurely lunch in between.<\/p>\n

For overnight trips aboard Monsoon we can do a 3rd day dive or a night dive if you prefer and on the 2nd day we will complete another 2-3 dives depending on your preferences.<\/p>\n

We pride ourselves on visiting rarely dived sites that are only accessible to smaller boats whenever possible. Our experienced guides know the reefs we visit incredibly well and will work with you to do the sort of dives that YOU want to do – whether that is pinnacles or reef walls, coral gardens or a little bit of everything – that’s the advantage of a private charter.<\/p>\n

On charters aboard Monsoon we can take certified divers, introductory divers, PADI Open Water students and\/or snorkellers. As the trip is a private trip we will work with you and your group to provide the services you are after.<\/p>\n

Our fully qualified PADI instructors<\/a> have the knowledge and experience to enable you to get the most out of your diving and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef.<\/p>\n
